Gemlik olives are unique among olives for their high oil content and floral tasting notes. We work with these olive collectives to gather only the finest Gemlik olives PDO. Iznik, historically known as Nicea, is a city rich in cultural heritage. It was the site of the First Ecumenical Council and is renowned for its stunning Ottoman-era tile craftsmanship, blending history, art, and tradition into a timeless legacy. Iznik tiles are the inspiration for our branding.
Where is Nicea?
We made Nicea after sharing our family olive oil with several managers at NASA JPL who were patient during all my trips to see my wife and her family in Turkiye. After all the glowing compliments we decided to share it with the world.
